The life of a newborn baby hung in the balance just as help arrived. A 911 call came in reporting an unresponsive 1-week-old baby. Body camera video from New Jersey’s Middle Township Police Department shows first responders arriving on the scene. According to authorities, the baby was blue and cold to the touch. The patrolman started infant CPR before handing the baby to paramedics, who continued those efforts.
