Ninety Palestinian prisoners are due to be released in exchange for the three Israeli hostages handed over by Hamas. In the Israeli-occupied West Bank, families are waiting in the cold for the release of their loved ones from Israeli detention. Since fighting paused this morning, thousands of Gaza Palestinians have been reuniting with loved ones and returning to what’s left of their homes.
