1. Sit down interview with Shaznay Lewis. Including soundbites:

"Everything I’ve done there’s been a sort of different emotion for everything so like the first time i did my first video or photo shoot I felt very nervous, very uncomfortable, nobody else at either side of me, that was strange, as far as performing has been going everything I’ve done there same again, I felt really nervous, but I think every time I do something I just warm into it. It’s been four years down the line so I’ve had the last four years by myself anyway as regards to working in the studio and stuff, so it’s kind of easing out really."

"I think I felt like a big weight had been lifted off my shoulders, in all honesty there was no more drama so emotionally i did feel more, a bit relieved I suppose, probably not the way it was done but the fact that it was done I felt relieved; so yeah, the last four years have just been a lot of figuring out what I wanted to do and how I wanted to do it."

"When I was in the band I was what, 21, 22? So now I think I’ve done my most major growing out of the band, so I look back and I’m a completely different person now, to what I was then. So I think I was great for writing this album, this album just sounds really mature to me. I listened to it when I went to master it and that was the point I realized just how much I’ve grown when I listened to each track back to back, I’ve grown a lot."

"Even when I think of the stuff I’ve done with All Saints you know, yeah it was commercial music, but it had an element of everything in it, that’s why we could get nominated for a MOBO and get nominated for a Brit and the Ivor’s, I just don’t think we were ever…I grew up listening to radio, listening to Bob Marley, and music around the house that my parents played, I’m not one particular thing and I never will want to be that, I wanna explore and be able to experience and to do just whatever takes me on that day really."

"I actually just still can’t believe that I’ve completed an album, because I’ve done so many different tracks so many times when I thought okay this is what I’m gonna do and I haven’t and halfway through that’s not been right, so I’m just really glad that I’ve finished an album and that finally just, you know, whoever buys it is going to get to hear it; and I really mean that, just the fact that I’ve finished it is just enough for me because I didn’t think I was going to."
