Donald Trump’s inauguration is moving indoors due to the bone-chilling weather. Despite the freezing cold, thousands are still expected to show up outside. Eventgoers will watch the ceremony on big screens. The inauguration parade is also being moved indoors to the Capitol One arena where Trump says he will make an appearance after he is sworn in. It comes as Michelle Obama is getting backlash for her decision to skip the inauguration.
