2. SOUNDBITE (English) Philippe Ziade, CEO of Otonomus Hotel:
"We like to call it a hotel with the brain. It’s actually the first true AI powered hotel and the objective of this is, is to provide a product that does not exist today on the market. And if it does, it doesn’t exist at that level."

4. SOUNDBITE (English) Philippe Ziade, CEO of Otonomus Hotel:
"For us. We don’t use AI to dazzle you with gadgets. We use it for something far more powerful, which is personalization. It’s an AI driven, personalized guest experience. We want the guest to actually build their own experience. We don’t want it to be like one size fits all kind of a stay. We want you to build piece by piece the stay the way you like it."

6. SOUNDBITE (English) Philippe Ziade, CEO of Otonomus Hotel:
"Once I book my reservation, being a studio, one bedroom, up to six bedroom units, what I will do is then I will check in and for me to check in, I’m going to virtually check in through my phone. So what I will do is I’ll take my ID, I will scan my ID front and back and then it will verify that my ID matches the actual booking, that it’s me who booked. And then once I upload the ID, I’m going to have to take a picture of my face. And then we go through a second layer of verification. Verification that it’s me that’s on that ID and I’m checking myself in, and then both me and the ID matches the reservation."

9. SOUNDBITE (English) Philippe Ziade, CEO of Otonomus Hotel:
"When you check in, you go through the first step, which is scanning your ID, making sure it’s you, I.D. your passport, any type of I.D. And then once we scan the I.D. and it’s being verified that it’s matching your name on the booking, we go through taking a picture of the guest himself or herself and take that picture and making sure that this is the picture that is on the I.D. that’s on the booking. So you can virtually check in. And the minute you check in, then you can have access to the room. So you get here, you scan your phone, and then here you are in your room being a studio or a six bedroom suite."

12. SOUNDBITE (English) Philippe Ziade, CEO Otonomus Hotel:
"This is now the connecting unit because we booked the six bedroom apartment. Now you can see that door with the mechanism that we created, the hardware that that’s controlled by the brain of the booking engine. So once I open the main door it automatically gives access to all the doors that’s going to create that booking that we booked. And in this case, it’s a six bedroom. So now I got a six bedroom penthouse."
