An alleged repeat offender who has reportedly been arrested multiple times is now off the streets in Florida. Body camera video released by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office shows deputies swarming a van that they say the suspect stole. They order him out of the vehicle and to walk backwards so officers can take him into custody. Deputies then search the van he was in. Inside Edition Digital has more.
