"It’s a bit strange, isn’t it? Yeah. Quite a lot of ‘Industry’ folks. No, I mean, come on, man. It’s great to be part of this, like, generation of actors kind of pushing boundaries. I love it. Yeah."
(Reporter: "And do you think that it will make you more competitive? As you know these two?")
"Do you know what, if anything, I got to be honest with you, before we came up on stage. We’re just in there having jokes. I mean, I even forgot that they called my name, so I kind of run up in a hurry. I think actually it takes the pressure off because it’s just, it’s people that you love. Anyone to get the award, I’ll be happy. I just think it’s great people and talented people, too. So."

(Reporter: "So does that mean that you’ll be competitive because you’re friends?")
"I know it’s a cliché, but, like, I don’t think, I mean, I don’t know. I don’t think anyone’s thinking about I kind of like, to be nominated is the thing I think, to be kind of acknowledged and nominated amongst these people is just so amazing. So, no, I don’t think there’s any elbows out. Having said that, you know, you never know."

"I know of them. Yes. No, no. I know them."
(Reporter: "Is it nice that all three of you are in the running together?")
"Well, it’s always nice to know people when you sort of come to things like this. It can be a bit of a like – I mean, of course you get to wear nice clothes and speak to nice people who wear fantastic suits. But it’s nice to have a familiar face. You don’t want to be the plus one at the party. You want to know at least two people. Because if your friend ditches you, you can corner your other friend and talk to them about vinyl records all night."

"What does this mean to me? We’re in a hotel, incredibly ornate. I think it’s duck egg blue accents. I don’t know sort of what era architecture this is. I’m going to say Louis XIV, but, like, tone it down. Louis XIV. But he’s just woken up. It’s his waking up room. So we’re here. And there are some very pretty faces on the screen that have also been nominated. And a couple of friends who I did ‘Industry’ with. So I’m hanging out. It feels like, what does it feel like? Feels like when you are lying on the pillow and one nostril just opens up. It’s very satisfying."

"I haven’t told anyone. I mean it, because my agent literally said she’d kill me and I wouldn’t work again if I do. So I haven’t. But believe me, it’s gone out already, now it’s about to go out, I’m about to send out broadcasters out to everyone."
(Reporter: "Is there going to be some kind of family celebration, do you think?")
"Yeah. I mean, I’m actually working right now. I’m shooting in Mexico, so I fly away tomorrow. But I will come back and there will be plenty of jollof rice and rice and peas and all that. Just to celebrate. I’ll probably be on the red carpet like, massive. So that’ll be fun."
