"So the TV that you see behind me is the OLED T. It’s the world’s first transparent TV with true wireless video and audio transfer. Basically, that means 77-inch OLED TV that provides two unique viewing experiences, one transparency mode that you see behind me. And then also, you can bring up the black screen, which we call T curtain. And once that black screen comes out, it’s a traditional OLED TV with inky blacks watching the latest movie on Netflix."

"You can activate the T curtain and you can raise it and lower it with the press of a button on the remote. So as you can see, it’s in transparency mode right now, right behind me. But as soon as I press the button, you can see the black screen raise and it turns into a traditional OLED TV. And so when you’re watching movies on Netflix or watching TV shows, this is how you would enjoy it. Once your TV viewing is done, you want to put it back into the transparency mode again with a press of a button, the T curtain goes down, and then it’s in transparency mode."

"So within this menu system called accessibility, this is where you go, you can access a lot of the different settings on improving different types of things on the TV. It gives you things like the screen is too dark, the screen is turning on slowly. And based on whatever you choose the TV will give you some suggestions"

"Clarify voice. And then chatbot will do is provide you different options, right? So here’s option one and this is what it sounds like. Make the picture brighter. This is the LG AI button. And so it has dual function. Volume down."

"AI chatbot is our kind of way of trying to help the user resolve issues quickly. And so typically, consumers, when they have a issue, they would call customer service, hang on the line for 10, 15 minutes, and finally, when they get a hold of someone, they would ask questions. So, it was a pretty tedious process. But now, we know what the most commonly asked questions are, working with the customer service department, whether that’s how do I connect to the Internet or how do I connect peripheral devices. So, we input all of that information into the TV. So now the user can quickly resolve issues on their own without having to rely on customer service or going online. Chatbot, the great thing about it is it uses AI. So, you can just speak to it just like you would speak to a normal person. Say, hey, can you make my screen brighter or, hey, can you make the dialog clearer?"
