A wildfire is raging through Southern California. The fire started yesterday at 10:30 a.m. and has spread to at least 3,000 acres. 30,000 people have been evacuated from their homes. Some off-duty firefighters have been called back to work since the fire is zero percent contained. A lack of water in fire hydrants is also an issue of concern along with 60 mph winds.
