‘Dinosaur Highway’ Discovered With Over 200 Tracks

Today, this area is called the Dewars Farm Quarry, in Oxfordshire, England, but during the Middle Jurassic period, dinosaurs called this area home. There are 200 distinct sets of tracks that are still visible 166 million years later. Paleontologists are calling it a "Dinosaur Highway." The discovery happened when a worker in the limestone quarry noticed some strange bumps on the ground. That prompted a team of more than 100 people from local universities to carefully excavate the area.
