She lost 70 pounds over about six months of taking Ozempic. A few years ago, best friends made a pact to lose weight together. At her heaviest, Leticia Doty weighed 279 pounds. Alison Bocking topped the scale at about 290 pounds. Both women finally found weight-loss success with diet, exercise and medication.
