A heart-stopping video shows dozens of people ducking for cover inside a restaurant during the New Year’s attack in New Orleans. It comes as disturbing questions are being raised about why there were no street barriers in place. Many say it could have prevented the pick-up truck from entering Bourbon Street while it was crowded with New Year’s Eve revelers. Inside Edition’s Steven Fabian has more.
