A man faces attempted murder charges for allegedly pushing another man onto the subway tracks in New York City. Reports say it happened on New Year’s Eve at a train station in Chelsea. The victim was reportedly a 45-year-old man who was taken to the hospital and is now stable. Police arrested Kamel Hawkins, 23, and charged him with assault with intent to cause serious injury and assault to cause injury through risk of death among other counts.
