South Korean police said the chief executive of Jeju Air has been banned from leaving the country as they continue their investigation into Sunday’s deadly plane crash.

It follows a police raid of Muan International Airport and the airline’s offices in the capital Seoul.

There were 181 people on board, 179 of them died after the plane crashed into a structure and exploded.

Investigators have now started the process of extracting data from the plane’s black boxes.
