Police in Las Vegas have given more details on the Cybertruck explosion incident at the Trump Hotel.

The Las Vegas police chief said the driver of the Tesla vehicle was likely Matthew Alan Livelsberger – although the body was "burnt beyond recognition", making him difficult to identify.

The police chief there were several commonalities between the Las Vegas driver and the New Orleans suspect Shamsud-Din Jabbar – though there is still no indication yet that they knew each other.
