The FBI is investigating a suspected terrorist attack in New Orleans, after a truck ploughed into a crowd, killing at least 15 people; police are also looking into whether a Tesla cybertruck explosion outside the Trump hotel in Las Vegas may be related to the New Orleans incident; no more Russian gas will flow to Europe via Ukraine after both sides allowed a transit deal to expire, closing off a route that has operated for five decades.
