An online video showed holes in the tail section of the Azerbaijani plane that crashed Thursday in Kazakhstan and killed 38 people. Aviation experts said that Russian air defense fire was likely responsible for the crash of Azerbaijan Airlines’ Embraer 190 that was en route from Baku to the Russian city of Grozny in the North Caucasus.
