(Reporter: "You’re nominated for a Grammy for the first time. That’s pretty surreal. It’s one of those moments that artists dream of. When you get there, does it feel like you thought it would?")
“I don’t know. It was definitely unexpected. It’s definitely always been a dream. Not just mine but from whole team – the producers, everything. So, the moment we got that news, it was such an exciting moment. We were all together and we just want to be able to enjoy it. And we’re just happy to even be considered. So yeah, it’s amazing.”
(Reporter: "It’s interesting because Karol G became the first woman to win the award in that category this year. Do you think that may reflect changing perspectives?")
"Yeah definitely. I think everything happens for a reason and evolution is a part of absolutely everything, so I’ll just leave that there.”
