Megan Thee Stallion says she is the victim of psychological warfare at the hands of Tory Lanez who is serving time for shooting her in the foot. The rapper just filed for a restraining order against Lanez. In the court papers, the rapper claims she is being terrorized by Lanez while he’s serving his 10-year prison sentence. She’s accusing him of hiring "third party" bloggers to "cyberstalk and spread defamatory statements" about her.
