Kash Patel, President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee for FBI Director, continued to make the rounds on Capitol Hill on Thursday in an attempt to rake up support from senators.
Before meeting with Sen. Ted Cruz, (R) Texas, he told reporters meeting with Senators has been humbling.
“I’m looking forward to continuing that during the confirmation process as I learn every day as I go. And I’m thrilled to be President Trump’s nominee for the director of the FBI. And I’m very excited to see Senator Ted Cruz, who is one of the most brilliant constitutional minds we have,” Patel said.
