The Oklahoma City police officer involved in shocking video of a 71-year-old man being thrown to the ground during a traffic stop is now facing charges. The district attorney’s office announced that Sergeant Joseph Gibson was charged with one count of aggravated assault and battery. Video of the exchange between the officer and the driver involved in the traffic stop was released by police. Inside Edition Digital has more.
