A woman is airlifted off a cruise ship. The U.S. Coast Guard was called to rescue the 66-year-old believed to be having a stroke. The Holland America Koningsdam was 280 miles south of the U.S. and Mexico at the time. First responders lowered a gurney onto the deck and then hoisted the woman up and into the helicopter. She was taken to a hospital in San Diego.
