Daisy may sound like a nice elderly lady, but she’s actually an AI generated answering machine that turns the annoyance of robocalls back onto the caller. Daisy is employed by the fraud department at London-based Virgin Media O2. They tell CBS News she’s taken about a thousand calls since she started answering the phones a month ago. It seems revenge is baked into the code. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
