Government airstrikes killed at least four civilians and wounded 54 others in Idlib city, the rebel-held bastion near Hama province and 65 kilometers (40 miles) southeast of Aleppo, according to the Syrian Civil Defense, also known as the White Helmets, that operates in opposition-held areas.
