Look at this beauty! It’s a relative of the turkey that so many Americans eat on Thanksgiving. This turkey-of-many-colors is called an ocellated turkey. It’s native to parts of Mexico, Belize and Guatemala. It’s also rare — considered ‘Near Threatened’ — so don’t even think about having it for dinner.
