Criminal Justice Advocate Shares Details About 10-Year Prison Stay

Marci Marie Simmons has shared her journey as an inmate in a Texas prison. In 2011, she was arrested and sentenced to 20 years in prison for stealing over $300,000 from an employer. She spent 10 years locked up. Now that she is out, she is using her social media platform to share what life was like in prison, and to advocate for criminal justice reform. She shared her story with Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall.
