"Regent Street was the first street in London to have festive lights. And so this is our 70th anniversary. We’ve got the beautiful spirits behind me over my left shoulder. There are 30 of them in total. We’ve got 300,000 LED lights. So please come down and enjoy the shopping, the bars and restaurants."

"It’s a really interesting point. I think we’re not seeing that internet shopping is slowing down Regent Street. In fact, actually, New West End company are forecasting spend of 1.7 billion pounds in the West End over the festive period. So it’s a no, we’re not seeing that slowdown. I think people want to come together, experience the camaraderie of the festive period."
