STORYLINE:
Residents of Moscow are enjoying warmer autumn than usual.
According to weather forecasts, this fall in Moscow as well as in many other Russian cities, is warmer than average long-term indicators.
Although the weather is changeable and unstable, the temperatures remain above the climatic norm.
September, with the monthly average of 12.2 degree Celsius (54 Fahrenheit) became two degrees warmer than last year’s.
Although October is slightly cooler, November will be again significantly warmer than last years, but bring a lot of precipitation, including both rains and snowfalls.
