A mom runs out the door and to a neighbor’s house for help. She’s carrying her 7-year-old son, Sebastian, who is choking. He was eating homemade chicken soup when he started choking on a piece of meat and turned blue. She turned him over and pats his back, then starts calling 911 but changes course. "The EMS is not gonna get here in time," she tells Inside Edition Digital’s Leigh Scheps. "We’re already at a critical point." That’s when she carries him across the street for help.
