Music star Beyonce addressed a rally in Texas for Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign on Friday, telling the crowds gathered: “I’m not here as a celebrity, I’m not here as a politician. I’m here as a mother". Beyoncé — who was joined onstage by her Destiny’s Child bandmate Kelly Rowland — introduced Harris at the rally which aimed to highlight the growing medical fallout from the state’s strict abortion ban.
