Fishermen Nick Whitbeck and Joe Tormay were fishing for striped bass when they spotted a stricken man clinging to his boat. They got as close as they could and handed the man an orange life jacket as he clung to the capsized boat. With the rescued boater safe and sound, a tow boat arrived to haul the capsized vessel back to shore.
