Liam Payne’s father gazed down from the hotel balcony where the One Direction star plummeted to his death. He stood there for a few poignant moments before going back into the suite where the 31-year-old singer spent his final hours. There was total chaos when Payne’s father arrived at the hotel. Cops and security guards plowed a path through crowds of fans and photographers. Despite the chaos, Geoff Payne emerged to look at the memorial placed outside the hotel by fans.
