"The Office" star Jenna Fischer is breaking her silence about her private battle with breast cancer. The 50-year-old actress was diagnosed last year with stage 1 triple-positive breast cancer, an aggressive form of the disease. The diagnosis came after a routine mammogram. Over the past year, she’s undergone surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and targeted therapies. Fischer says she is now cancer-free.
