Four people were killed in a Texas helicopter crash. Video shows the helicopter going down with flames on the ground. "I didn’t know if it was a chemical explosion or, I didn’t know what happened my immediate thought was to get in my car and evacuate," said one witness. The private chopper crashed into a radio tower in Houston. The FAA had sent out an alert that the radio tower lighters were not working.
