STORYLINE:
Smoke and fire could be seen among buildings in the suburbs of Beirut on Tuesday night, although the cause of the blaze was unclear.
There have been no strikes on Beirut and its suburbs in the last few days, however the Israeli offensive against Hezbollah continues with bombardment in the south and north of Lebanon where dozens have been killed in the last 24 hours.
