A family of 15 were forced out of their home on the outskirts of the Ukrainian city of Mariupol after it was badly damaged by shelling.
Ruzanna Zubenko was living at the home with her husband, Sergiy Salnikov, their children, other family members and their children when it was hit by shelling on Friday.
Zubenko’s mother, injured by the shelling, had to be admitted to hospital.
"I grabbed junior first because she’s the smallest one", Zubenko said as she recalled the terrifying moment.
"We ran around here as it was, on top of broken glass, we didn’t care."
Due to the damage the family have been forced to move into Zubenko’s uncle’s apartment where they all live in one room.
"Honestly, I don’t care anymore who wins and who doesn’t," she added.
"The only important thing is for our children to be able to grow up smiling and not crying."
Russian troops haven’t reached Mariupol yet, but the city is suffering from constant bombardments and its residents expect a siege to begin any day.
