There’s new insight into the mysterious fatal shooting of a Kentucky judge by a sheriff. Investigators say moments before Kentucky Sheriff Shawn Stines fired on Judge Kevin Mullins, the sheriff tried to call his 17-year-old daughter from the judge’s phone. After the shooting the sheriff told police "They’re trying to kidnap my wife and kid." Inside Edition’s Ann Mercogliano spoke exclusively to the sheriff’s husband and wife defense team, Jeremy and Kerri Bartley, who say that their client is not a murderer.
