Tesla shares plunged premarket after CEO Elon Musk unveiled a slick two-seat sedan called Cybercab late Thursday, saying production may start in 2026 and that the vehicle could cost less than $30,000. However, the self-driving taxi prototypes let down some Tesla investors, with many expecting more particulars on how the carmaker can possibly pull off his latest robocar predictions. Also on the show, Williams F1 Racing Principal James Vowles says the team is putting off plans that would benefit performance on the track in favor of investing money in the 2026 season, when new regulations are put into effect.
