A Florida family is evacuating due to Hurricane Milton even though they live in a house designed to withstand a Category 5 storm. Their home is constructed with special modifications. The fixtures hold down the roof under extraordinary wind conditions. The most unique hurricane-resistant feature is the rounded design from the walls to the roof. However, Pilates instructor Deborah Rodriguez says her family is taking no chances.
