The wife of a pilot had to land a private plane after her husband suffered a heart attack. Air traffic control got on the radio with his wife and directed her to Meadows Field in Bakersfield, California. They had to give her step by step instructions on how to land the plane. Incredibly, Yvonne Kinane-Wells landed the plane safely and was unhurt. The pilot’s niece says, "Yvonne, you are a hero for being able to land that plane safely and walk away safely under so much stress."
