North Korean leader Kim Jong Un watched an artillery firing exercise, according to a state media report which came out early Sunday. The North’s Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) did not mention the date or the location of Kim’s artillery visit. It is common for North Korean state media to report news days after it happens, and without details.
