Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon announced his office is looking into new evidence that could set the Menendez brothers free by Christmas. Lyle and Erik Menendez killed their parents with shotgun blasts in 1989. Prosecutors argued the motive was to inherit their family multi-million dollar estate. The brothers claim they committed the slayings to stop their father’s sexual abuse. Inside Edition’s Jim Moret spoke to Kitty Menendez’s brother Milton Andersen.
