A car speeds by coming too close for comfort to a young girl walking along the sidewalk of a playground. The jungle gym was packed with kids playing when the car plowed through the grass. The driver was a 10-year-old boy, police in Minneapolis, Minnesota, say. He was later arrested. Police say this wasn’t his first run-in with the law. It was actually his third arrest, and he is a suspect in a dozen other cases. Inside Edition Digital has more.
