1. Wide of smoke rising from fire in Choueifat
STORYLINE:
Smoke was spotted rising into the sky Saturday from a fire in Choueifat on the southern outskirts of Beirut.
It follows a night of heavy Israeli airstrikes on Beirut’s southern suburbs that Israel’s military said killed multiple Hezbollah commanders, including leader Hassan Nasrallah.
There was no immediate confirmation from Hezbollah.
If the claim is true, Nasrallah is by far the most powerful target to be killed by Israel in weeks of intensified fighting with Hezbollah.
