Baseball legend Pete Rose died of natural causes, according to reports on the medical examiner’s findings. Rose died at his home in Las Vegas on September 30. The Clark County Coroner reportedly said his death was caused by cardiovascular disease and hypertension. Pete Rose was 83 years old. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
