There are growing calls for a diplomatic solution to end days of destructive conflict across the Israel-Lebanon border. United States President Joe Biden said it was time for a cease-fire, after Israel killled the head of the Hezbollah militant group Hassan Nasrallah in an airstrike. Today Israel claimed it had taken out another senior Hezbollah figure considered the possible next leader. Many civilians have been forced from their homes, with the United Nations preparing to feed up to a million affected people.
