++The Associated Press is adhering to Iranian law that stipulates all media are banned from providing BBC Persian, VOA Persian, Manoto TV and Iran International any coverage from Iran, and under this law if any media violate this ban the Iranian authorities can immediately shut down that organisation in Tehran.++

STORYLINE:
Iran’s president said that Israel was "destroying Muslims" due to the lack of solidarity across the Muslim world.
"2 to 3 million Israelis are destroying Muslims, women, children, young and old. They bomb mosques and hospitals everywhere, and we are just watching," said Masoud Pezeshkian.
He made the comments during the International Islamic Unity Conference in Tehran on Thursday.
Iran is a key supporter of anti-Israeli militant groups, mainly Hamas and Hezbollah.
Ever since the war started in Gaza last October, Iran has been calling on Muslim nations to isolate Israel and cut food and fuel supplies to it.
