AP is live from Minnesota as in-person voting for the 2024 U.S. presidential election begins in three states: Virginia, South Dakota, and Minnesota.
The first ballots are being cast in person, with just over six weeks remaining before Election Day on Nov. 5. By mid-October, about a dozen more states will follow with early in-person voting.
