Helicopters rescued people stranded by floodwaters in the northern Italian region of Emilia-Romagna on Thursday after days of torrential rains caused rivers to overflow. Two people were reported missing in the village of Traversara, in Ravenna, where firefighter video showed residents being airlifted to safety.
