"So he (Pope Francis) was exiting the way, and then we saw him, and we shouted, ‘baby, baby’, as instructed by (our friend) Stefani. We saw the Pope, and the crowd was so thick, and we tried to find a spot that was less crowded. I ran to that spot, and eventually, the Pope was there, and he saw the baby. Eventually, he touched the baby and blessed him on the forehead, and he gave him a rosary. So the feeling was really, (we are) really feeling ecstatic about it. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We did not expect this to happen, and it happened."

STORYLINE:
Hundreds of Catholic devotees lined the streets in Singapore on Friday to witness Pope Francis make the final stop in his South East Asian tour.
Faithful from Singapore and nearby countries gathered outside the Saint Theresa’s Home and Catholic Junior College where the pope’s motorcade zoomed by.
